Pictures of People While Traveling

Still no travel, due to covid-19…  So some pictures from previous travel adventures.

One of the best things when traveling is the people you meet. I also enjoy taking pictures of people. So I decided to devote this post to Pictures of People While Traveling.
The first group of pictures is from Latin America, where I learned to say ¿Puedo tomar tu foto? People usually say yes.

These are from Oaxaca, Mexico, which is a lovely place to visit.

These two are from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

These next photos are from Guatemala, either Antigua or Tikal.

Merida, Mexico is a town in the Yucatan with a colonial history. Merida has a long tradition of dance, and these are two of the dancers.

We went on a tour of Northern India in 2017. I had hoped to post pictures and stories from this trip on a blog, but I did not get the blog started in time. More info HERE. The people in India were amazing.

The final set of pictures are from our 2014 trip to Africa, where we visited Kenya and Tanzania. Most of the pictures are from our visit to a Maasai village near Amboseli, Kenya. (BTW, my pictures, as well as narratives, from our 2018 trip to Africa are available HERE.)

And finally, these are the guides for our game drives to view animals.

These last two pictures are of guides from our 2018 Africa trip. The first is of Cynthia, our guide at Victoria Falls. You can hear her speak her native language, which includes “clicks,” in this earlier post.

Hopefully, we can all get vaccinated soon, and we can start traveling again!
